We collect this information to process your Expression of Interest, respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, introduce you to the developer or vendor of the property. We may disclose your details to the developer or vendor and their appointed representatives, and (for the holding deposit) to the independent QA Trust Account. We do not receive, hold or manage any client funds. Some of the service providers we use to store your information and send these notifications are located overseas, including in the United States. Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which covers these overseas disclosures and explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint. Providing this information is voluntary, but if you do not provide it we may be unable to process your Expression of Interest.

Holding deposit — payment instructions

A $1,000 (AUD) refundable holding deposit is required to register your Expression of Interest. This secures your interest while the developer reviews your EOI. It is fully refundable if your EOI is not accepted or you choose not to proceed. Payment is made directly to the independent QA Trust Account — Investing Platform does not receive, hold, or manage any client funds.
