Investing Platform is operated by Figure 8 Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 49 681 113 100), a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 001311723) of Alpha Node Advisors Pty Ltd (ACN 154 320 000, AFSL 416956) and of Mondari Capital Group Pty Ltd (AFSL 294138).

Where we act as a Corporate Authorised Representative of Alpha Node Advisors Pty Ltd ("ANA"), certain personal information we collect may also be subject to ANA's privacy obligations. ANA's privacy contact is set out in section 12.

Personal Information

• Name and contact details (email, phone, address)
• Date of birth and identification documents
• Financial information (income, net assets) for wholesale investor verification, including wholesale client certification documents (section 761G, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth))
• Identification documents collected for customer due diligence under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), and tax file numbers where legally required
• Property-purchase information (budget, deposit capacity, mortgage calculator inputs, financing preferences) where you engage with property opportunities
• Investment preferences and history
• Account credentials

Usage Data

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited and interactions with the Platform
• Time and date of access

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform
• Verify your wholesale investor status
• Connect you with relevant fund-investment opportunities, and refer your property enquiries to participating property developers under our referral and marketing arrangements
• Communicate with you about your account and updates
• Improve our services and user experience
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including AML/CTF customer due diligence and tax reporting, and the licensee obligations attaching to AFSL 416956 and AFSL 294138
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

We may share your information with:

• Alpha Node Advisors Pty Ltd (ANA): as responsible licensee for ANA-authorised activities, for compliance monitoring and record-keeping
• Mondari Capital Advisors Pty Ltd: as a corporate authorised representative of ANA, for compliance monitoring, record-keeping and investor follow-up
• Mondari Capital Group Pty Ltd: only to the extent required for separately authorised activities under AFSL 294138, and not beyond that scope
• Fund administrators and custodians: for the administration of managed investment scheme interests
• Identity verification providers: for AML/CTF customer due diligence
• Fund Issuers: When you express interest in a fund opportunity, your contact details and relevant verification status may be shared with the fund issuer for the purpose of progressing your enquiry
• Property Developers and Vendors: When you express interest in a property opportunity, your contact details and enquiry information may be shared with the participating developer or vendor under our referral and marketing arrangement. The developer pays Investing Platform a marketing fee if a referred party proceeds to a purchase; this commercial arrangement is disclosed in the Residential Property Referral Notice. The fee is paid by the developer and does not increase the price the purchaser pays.
• Service Providers: Third parties who assist us in operating the Platform (hosting, analytics, customer support)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure access controls and authentication
• Regular security assessments and monitoring
• Employee training on data protection

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Some service providers we engage may store or process personal information outside Australia (including in the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers maintain standards consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By providing your personal information, you consent to such transfers where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)

We will respond within 30 days; we may need to verify your identity before releasing information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email. If you make a privacy complaint, we will acknowledge it within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
