Investing Platform is an aggregator only. We connect wholesale and sophisticated investors with fund issuers, and prospective property purchasers with participating property developers. We do not manage investments and we do not own the properties or funds listed.
No Custody of Funds
We do NOT hold, manage, or have custody of any client funds, securities, or investments at any time.
Direct Transactions with Issuers and Developers
All fund investments are made DIRECTLY with the fund issuer. All property purchases are made DIRECTLY with the developer or vendor under their own contract for sale of land. Investing Platform is not a party to those contracts.
Property Deals Are Referral Arrangements
Property opportunities listed on Investing Platform are made available under a referral and marketing arrangement with the participating developer. The developer pays Investing Platform a marketing fee if a referred party proceeds to a purchase. The fee is paid by the developer and does not increase the price the purchaser pays.

Many property opportunities listed are off-the-plan — contracts for the sale of land or apartments that have not yet been built or registered as separate lots. Off-the-plan purchases carry specific risks including completion delays, sunset-clause rescission, design or specification changes, and movements in property values between contract and settlement. Refer to the contract for sale of land issued by the developer for the specific risk profile of each deal.
Not a Licensed Real Estate Agent
Investing Platform is not licensed as a real estate agent under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) or any equivalent state or territory legislation. We act as a marketer and referrer for participating developers, not as a selling agent for the property.
No Lending or Mortgage Advice
Mortgage calculators, indicative repayment figures and any pricing information displayed are illustrative only and are not a credit quote, credit assistance or financial product advice. Loan availability, interest rates and lending terms are determined by individual lenders. Investors should obtain advice from a licensed mortgage broker or their own lender before relying on any figure shown.
Foreign Investor Obligations
Non-resident purchasers of Australian residential property are required to obtain approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) before exchange of contracts and may be subject to foreign-purchaser duty surcharges and land-tax surcharges under state and territory law. It is the purchaser's responsibility to satisfy these obligations. Failure to comply can result in penalties and forced divestment under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth).
