Pallas Senior Income Fund

The Pallas Senior Income Fund is an open-ended Australian wholesale unit trust. It does not lend directly. It invests in Pallas-managed lenders holding commercial real estate loans secured by registered first mortgages in Australia and New Zealand, and the fund's own interest may rank behind other notes issued by that same lender. It targets 5.0% per annum over the RBA Cash Rate, pre-tax and net of all fees. That is a net target only, not a forecast, and is not guaranteed. Income is generally paid monthly. Wholesale Investors only, minimum $50,000.
